OneHandle is a link-in-bio and social profile platform that allows users to claim a unique @username and create a single shareable public profile page that consolidates all their social media links, posts, and online presence in one place.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Upload malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the Platform for fraud, spam, or illegal activities.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Platform.

5. Profile Content

• Users are solely responsible for the content, links, and information they publish on their profile.
• Profiles must not contain misleading, defamatory, adult, or illegal content.
• OneHandle reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Availability

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneHandle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold OneHandle harmless against claims arising from misuse of the Platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of OneHandle shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
