• Reverse engineer or copy the Platform.

5. AI Services

• AI-generated responses are automated suggestions.
• Users remain responsible for reviewing communications before relying on them.
• OneHandle does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.

6. Customer Data

• Users retain ownership of their data.
• By using the Platform, you grant OneHandle permission to process your data solely for providing the requested services.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, trademarks, designs, documentation, and content remain the exclusive property of OneHandle unless otherwise stated.

8. Payments

• Subscription fees are payable in advance.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with services such as WhatsApp Business API, email providers, payment gateways, CRMs, and cloud providers. OneHandle is not responsible for third-party services.

10. Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneHandle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold OneHandle harmless against claims arising from misuse of the Platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of OneHandle shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
